Merch return policy

 

Defects & damages

We want you to be happy with your order, so we’ll cover the cost for any returns that happen because of an error on our part. If your product arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, just email photos of the problem to hi@marybetsy.com within 3 weeks after receiving your order, and we’ll take care of things.


Lost in transit

If your package gets lost in transit, email hi@marybetsy.com within 3 weeks of the estimated delivery date, and we’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

If the tracking information says an order was delivered, you’ll need to contact the shipping carrier to try to locate the lost order because we don’t cover refunds due to carrier errors.

Failed deliveries

If you accidentally enter the wrong mailing address or if you didn’t claim your package, unfortunately we’re not able to refund your order.

If you’d like us to resend your package, email us at hi@marybetsy.com within 3 weeks of the estimated delivery date and we’re happy to resend it, but you’ll need to pay re-shipment costs.


remorse & sizing

Because we’re such a small team, unfortunately we don’t offer merch refunds if you change your mind or if you ordered the wrong size, but we do provide sizing guides for all of our apparel products to help you choose the right fit.
